Creamy coconut curry sauce

|1||Pouch Taste Penang Sauce|
|1||Small bunch basil leaves|
|1 tbspn||Chopped roasted peanuts|
A beautiful rich creamy
coconut milk, cumin,
coriander & kaffir lime leaf
Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan and stir fry 300g of prawns until cooked through.
Add the Taste Penang Creamy Coconut Curry Sauce, heat and simmer gently until thoroughly heated through.
Serve with steamed rice, a sprinkling of shredded basil leaves and a few thinly sliced red chilli rings.
For ‘an authentic flavour’ sprinkle with chopped roasted peanuts.
